Fun For Life 2008 Travel Rewards!
The 2008 Travel Rewards are now available!
Travel Redemption policies and options may change without notice. Check your Fun for Life account for your current “Fun-Jet" balance. "Fun-Jets" expire after two years from being deposited into your Fun for Life account. Expiration will occur twice per year on April 30 and October 31. Fun for Life Travel Rewards replaces other previously offered Funjet Vacations travel agent discount programs.

What Kind of Travel Rewards Can I Redeem For?
You can redeem your “Fun-Jets" for your personal vacation including air and hotel, hotel only or air only. Available flight options include any of Funjet Vacations’ Charter and Value Flights. Available hotel options include those that are participating in the Fun for Life Travel Rewards program.
Scheduled Air service other than Funjet Vacations Value Flights is currently not available as part of the Fun for Life Travel Rewards program.
How Many “Fun-Jet’s" Does It Take To Travel?

“Fun-Jet" values needed for redemption of hotels are based on one room with single or double occupancy. Triple, quad and children’s accommodations are available, when allowed by hotel, at Funjet Vacations published rates. “Fun-Jets" needed for redemption of air only are listed as per person traveling. An additional fee applies for adding a feeder flight to any Value Flight departing from the hub gateway.
How Do I Redeem For Travel Rewards?
To redeem your “Fun-Jets" for travel, you will need to submit an on-line Fun for Life Travel Rewards Request Form. The form will prompt you to supply two travel date choices and three participating hotel choices (when a hotel stay is requested). Requests are subject to Fun for Life air and hotel availability or other restrictions. To expedite your request please be sure to supply valid Charter/Value Flight departure days and check program and hotel specific black-out periods in advance.
2008 program black out dates include:
Feb. 17 - 19, March 16 - 25,
April 6 - 9, Nov. 22 - 25 and Dec. 15 - 31. Additional holiday, convention, special event or individual hotel black out periods may apply.
Requests for air and hotel vacations must be submitted on one request form. Requests including hotel stays must be received no later than 7 business days prior to travel; air only requests must be received no later than 3 business days prior to travel. Upon receipt of your request you will be contacted by phone or email within 3 business days as an acknowledgement that your account has sufficient “Fun-Jets" to process your request. The Fun for Life team will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Rewards may not be combinable with certain types of travel promotions or prizes. Vacations that deviate from the options available as well as room or flight upgrades are not available through Fun for Life Travel Rewards.
Who Can Travel With Fun for Life Travel Rewards?
Agents who can redeem from their own personal Fun for Life account must be traveling on the Fun for Life travel itinerary and be currently employed as a certified travel agent of the ARC number associated with their Fun for Life account.
For agencies that pool their Fun for Life account, at least one person traveling on the Fun for Life itinerary must be currently employed as a certified travel agent of the ARC number associated with the agency’s Fun for Life account. Agent and any companions must travel on the same itinerary booked through Fun for Life.
One agent may only redeem for one room at a time. Agents must have the full amount of “Fun-Jets" needed in their account in order to redeem for travel. Travel agents who hold space for the purpose of fulfilling their own travel requests will not be allowed to travel.
What Is Included and Excluded in the Travel Rewards?
In addition to the air and/or hotel stay, round-trip airport/hotel transfers are included in Fun for Life Travel Rewards when a Mexico/Caribbean hotel is booked. Your flight itinerary will be needed for hotel only bookings. Transfers can not be included if air and hotel dates do not match. Transfers are not included with air only or domestic vacations.
All taxes, fees, security charges, surcharges and passenger facility charges are not included. Some additional charges may occur for such things as triple or quad occupancy, children’s rates, feeder flights, etc. Payment of all charges must be made in full by personal credit card prior to sending your e-document. When booking more than 28 days prior to departure, all monies are due with-in our offices with-in 7 days; payments for close in bookings must be made at time of confirmation. Fun for Life “Fun-Jets"? will be deducted upon reservation confirmation. Once the balance is paid in full, no changes in the form of payment can be made.
Please note that certain “special values" or package features offered to hotel guests may not be included in your Fun for Life Travel Rewards vacation.
What Happens If I Need to Change My Travel Request?
Changes to your request, other than name changes will result in a loss of 250 “Fun-Jets". Once the reservation is confirmed with Funjet Vacations, the following cancellation penalties apply:

Pre-Travel Penalty Waiver and Post Departure Travel Insurance may not be purchased for Fun for Life Travel Rewards bookings.
If for any reason Funjet Vacations needs to make a change to your reservation we will provide alternate choices or refund your payment and return your “Fun-Jets". We will not be able protect bookings on scheduled air.
